About the crystals
Paw London is an authorised Swarovski® partner. Every stone on this harness is a genuine Swarovski® crystal, precision cut to an exact facet pattern so light enters and returns with far more brilliance than ordinary glass. Each one is set by hand into a gold-plated holder.
Red crystal is tone on tone with the leather, so the sparkle shows as depth rather than contrast. It is the boldest piece in the collection.
Made to order
Each piece in the Swarovski® collection is made to order for you by hand, with the crystals cut and set individually. Please check the size guide before ordering, and get in touch if you are between sizes. We offer custom sizing at no extra cost.

Measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs. Chest Min is the first hole and Chest Max is the last hole. There are five adjustment holes, giving 8cm of flexibility. Neck is measured where the collar naturally sits and is not adjustable.

We ship worldwide. Every piece is handmade to order, so please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 1 to 2 days with Royal Mail
- United States: 1 to 3 days with FedEx, or 5 to 7 days with USPS. All US orders ship delivered duty paid.
- Canada: 1 to 3 days with FedEx, or 3 to 5 days with Royal Mail. All Canadian orders ship delivered duty paid.
- Europe: 3 to 5 days with Royal Mail
- United Arab Emirates and Qatar: 3 days with Aramex
RETURNS
30-day returns and size exchanges on every product.
Personalised add-ons: if you added an engraved name tag or a name written on the bone, the collar can still be exchanged or returned. Only the personalisation cost is non-refundable, and the name tag stays with you.
